Ambassador Mack Hosts a Reception for Team USA, August 8
Ambassador Mack hosted a reception at his residence in honor of TEAM USA who are participating in the 2005 IAAF World Championships in Helsinki, Finland. Speaking to about 75 athletes, coaches, and support staff, Ambassador Mack welcomed Team USA to Finland, highlighted their fantastic results so far, and wished the Team success for the duration of the Championships. More than 200 countries are represented this year at the championships, making the Helsinki meet the biggest athletics spectacle since the last Olympic Games.
