Ambassador Ware Attends Millennium Technology Prize Ceremony
On September 8, Ambassador Ware attended the Millennium Technology Prize ceremony hosted by the Millennium Prize Foundation. The Millennium Technology Prize aims to bring technology closer to people and seeks to highlight innovations that will assist and enrich the everyday lives of mankind. The prize was awarded this year to Professor Shuji Nakamura from the University of California Santa Barbara for his work as an inventor of new revolutionary light sources.
