Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Kurt Volker Visits Finland

Kurt Volker, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs in the U.S. Department of State, addressed the Finnish Atlantic Council on September 14, 2007. His speech addressed developments in Afghanistan, and was followed by an in-depth question and answer session with members of the Atlantic Council audience. Mr. Volker is meeting with Finnish government officials on this visit to review various aspects of U.S.-Finnish relations.
