Dr. Larry T. Caldwell Discusses U.S.- Russian Relations at American Embassy
On November 16, Dr. Larry Caldwell, Cecil H. and Louise Gamble Professor of Politics at Occidental College, gave a presentation on the current state of U.S.- Russian relations and Russia's domestic, foreign, and military policies at the American Embassy. Dr Caldwell was a guest of the American Chamber of Commerce in Finland.
