PAS Helsinki Hosts Viewing of President Obama’s Cairo Speech
“Historic,” “confidence-building,” “outlining a new path,” “brave,” and “touching” were some of the initial comments on President Obama’s Cairo University speech on June 4 expressed by a variety of guests gathered at the U.S. Embassy in Helsinki to view the speech. Participants included Finnish government representatives, diplomats, NGOs, Finland’s Moslem community representatives and the media.
