Dr. David Schultz discusses the U.S. elections

Dr. David Schultz, professor of political science at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota, came to Finland October 8-14, 2008, for a program of discussions about the U.S. elections.  On October 9, Professor Schultz traveled to Tampere where he spoke to forty students and faculty at Tampere University and met with editors at Aamulehti newspaper.  On October 10 he traveled to Oulu, where he met with a foreign news reporter for Kaleva newspaper and then lectured to 100 students and faculty at Oulu University.  On October 13 he had lunch with reporters and think tank scholars in Helsinki and talked about foreign policy implications of the coming election with the Atlantic Council of Finland.
