Billy Siegenfeld Takes Jump Rhythm Technique to National Opera’s Ballet School

Billy Siegenfeld, the founder and Artistic Director of Jump Rhythm Jazz Project, gave a workshop performance to the students of National Opera’s Ballet School and Theater Academy’s Dance Department in Helsinki. He was applauded by a full house of excited dance students.  Mr. Siegenfeld, who is currently teaching at the Arts Academy, Turku University of Applied Sciences, has received numerous awards as a creator of a unique jump rhythm technique. Jump rhythm technique is based on the timeless core of all jazz performance - dancing and singing in swinging, high-energy bursts of body rhythms to the beat-driven sounds of syncopated music.
