U.S.-Finnish Diplomatic Relations: A History

Suomen ja Yhdysvaltain diplomaattisuhteet

The United States Embassy Helsinki re-published a book on the diplomatic relations between the U.S. and Finland in 1999 to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the countries' diplomatic relations. The book includes chapters on the beginnings of the U.S. - Finnish relationship, the Winter War, deterioration and rebuilding of the relationship, and the state of the friendship in the 1980s.
